★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service center of Honda in Indore. They perfectly know how to cheat customer. Suggest you unncessary part change. They don't try to solve your problem in vehicle. Management is so poor and manager is rude. Their service advisors don't know how to talk to a customer. Waiting area has no electricity. No drinking water facility. Personally I don't recommended you to visit this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Waste lots of your time. Don't have manners to talk to the customer. I gave them my bike on Sunday, they told me to give it back on next day 4.30pm. I called them the next day around 2 pm to ask if my bike is ready(They hold my call, connecting it to various employees), but didn't get the satisfactory response. I reached the shop around 5.30pm, they haven't even washed it. I told manager to intervene, but the way he responded was pathetic and started giving excuses.
P.S.- I would suggest instead of giving ur vehicle there, give it to private garage mechanic. It'll be time saving, and wouldn't cost you much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washing is very poor. No proper lubricants , Even my engine and clutch settings also ruined. And then local mechanic solved my issues. They treated my bike like free service but it's paid. They just do oil change on the name of service. I am very disappointed. I do not suggest you to not go there. You go. Feel the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of the service centre is like it's an abandoned , I haven't seen a single responsible guy over there while went there for servicing. Very Less tools for the technicians n even no lights , even I was helping them with my ph torch while they are servicing my activa.No facilities in waiting lounge. Taps are not working in washroom.
Please maintain things properly .
