★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is better to spent extra money in organized markets rather than going to such pathetic shops.i along with my wife visited this shop today on 25 th of Feb 2019, trust me the guy standing on the front counter treated as we are coming from some other world. Don't expect the term "WELCOME" here. Every staff of this lala company has capacity to make you feel embarrassed till the moment u r in shop.In end due to the most rated n pathetic behavior of century, I had to express some hard words to the most rated staff, finally when the owner get to know ,who was busy on phone rather than listening to the issue said "Koi nahi bhaiya Jo ho gya so gya" n with the heart welcoming gesture shows the way out.in the time when companies focussing on delevering products to ur door step these craps expects business this way. Never guys visit this lala shop, buy expensive rather than getting insulted along with ur family.

Damaged articles, not picking the phone call.no invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional and with zero values. No goodwill in market and don't ever go on their commitments as they are the biggest fraud. They will book order with fake commitment and then won't deliver and then delay u with no reason and when u ask them to refund the advance amt then they will intend to deduct some money for no reason. They have many phone nos. Printed on their cards but no number gets responded. They have such cheap mentality that while asking for refund they can even deduct such a small amt of 500/- from advance amount on an order of more than 1 lakh for their own mistake as they did with my order. Never step in at this shop for any purchase at all. Worst experience never had in my life.
