1) They will torture you on phone calls alot for money even before the due date.
2) They will send speed post letters at your home though you have not delayed any scheduled payment.
3) They promised for P1 and P2 delivery in a month from the date of purchase of land but today it is 13 (Thirteen) months passed but the P1 and P2 are still not received.
4) They will entertain you till you make a deal later they won't recognize you properly.
