★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rajwada is an extremely fraud group, they take maintenance from owners but decide not to do any after selling of flats. The garden, swimming pool, common areas lies in shambles. In high-rise complex the lift regularly goes out of order and they don't pay maintenance to lift companies. Residents suffer terribly being stuck whole days on floors without even maid or milkman able to reach up.
The lights go out of order leaving vast areas in the complex in darkness & insecurity, there are regularly various miscreants on motor bikes outside the building as security guard company that they hire send very old watchman & staying inside feels very unprotected. Tiles in parking area are only half inches so these are breaking from the impact of a car being driven over. Minimum recommended is 2 inch tiles. This doesn't include the legal issues we residents are facing due to tax evasion and mutation concerns because of this fraud group. Please be aware.
