The glass cracked on its own and the shop owners response was its glass can crack we are not responsible. The chairs we bought for the dinning table have cracked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a lot of Sheesham furniture. I had ordered (66% payment already made) a sheesham mirror from Rajwada. They delivered but it lacked quality check and finishing, still needed polishing in patches when it was delivered. They chose to take it back and asked us to do quality check ourselves before delivery. I did the same, revisited the store but the owner expected me to pay the balance amount before delivery and said I shud have not created a fuss about the quality gaps since it was small. He immediately paid my advance back but didn't agree that the delivery boy should carry the polish that is a norm to ensure customer is satisfied with the product. It was a bad experience.

The owner is a very good man, takes responsibility himself and ensures that quality is delivered. He has delivered furniture for my whole house and the quality and finishing is very good. Cannot compare his quality with online and Sikenderpur manufacturers in Gurgaon. Try this store if you need quality and finishing.
