Completion is getting deleyed reasons not clear.
People booked the flats.are maximum are from good background.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers and staff are good. Horrible builder attitude. Project in itself is good just due to Rajwada staff. But don't expect any cooperation or correction from the builder. He doesn't meet with his customers because he is too busy to deal with no work at his office. I really feel sorry for their staff. These builders only know politicians and won't attend to your need if you don't come there from high sources. So common people beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always false committment given by official staffs, Past half month front doors have not been rectified always given false committment,dining sliding door does not slides properly, living room locks doesn't works, quality of building fit and finish is horrible. Builder is not approachable and not customer friendly. They are good in taking money but doesn't care about customer. I have got all mail correspondence and will go to consumer protection court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok project...not premium but not bad though..rajwada staff had been helpful but the after sales and possession experience is marred by the site supervisor ,sarojit, with his misleading behavioural activities and false commitments..management should look at this aspect for a hassle free customer experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good locality in narendarpur besides EM bypass but I found at present maintenance is not proper. I have heard the behaviour of builder is also not good that is the reason their many projects are vacant. I believe they will improve their behaviour with respect to time .
