Helpful up to a limit. Mr wazeer is always busy to meet his personal persons and not even sit on his seat. Faced a lot of problem. However one or two persons were very helpful. Mr secretary was also not helpful. Such behaviour is not expected is this office where 90 percent were widows for their work. Two stars are only for one person otherwise I wanted to give zero.

RSB has been shifted to ISBT 4th floor due to maintenance of old building. So visit ISBT 4th floor.

A place of all defence veteran. I visited here for ex servicemen card and my family 5 dependants i card issued by RAJYA SAINIK BOARD DELHI. first of thanks for co operation by all staffs of this office. They are very firm and polite to fulfill all needs and requirements of ex veteran and their family dependent. Especially SINHA Sir who devotedly work here and guide everyone needed and approched him for various reason. The location of rajya sainik board is changed and telephone is shifted from old place to new location, so it was not working till 23 of Sep 21 but now onward it is installed and will be picked up as said by office secretary. Now to reach RAJYA SAINIK BOARD, DELHI, YOU NEED TO JUST REACH KASHMERE GATE METRO STATION AND EXIT FROM GATE NO 7. JUST BY SIDE OF EXIT GATE 7 , THERE IS MAHARANA PRATAAP ISBT TERMINAL BUS STAND MAIN BUILDING GET ENTER AND USE LIFT TO REACH 4TH FLOOR OF ITS BUILDING. OR YOU CAN STAIR UP to 4th floor. THIS BUILDING IS GOVT BUILDING OF DELHI GOVT. VARIOUS OFFICES Establishments are there in each floor. See photo gallery for further references. For issue of ex servicemen i card you need to come with YOUR 5 PHOTOS PASSPORT SIZE PPO original (downloaded format)and photo copy ORIGINAL DISCHARGE BOOK and photo copy of discharge book (preferable if in ONE A4 PAGE BOTH SIDE) One glue stick One black /blue pen marker One blue ball pen And ex servicemen card of veteran himself is not costing (just free of cost)(no charge or sum of rupees) For family dependent i card issued by Rajya sainik board You just need following documents to carry before visit. A filled form of particulars of dependants of ex servicemen is required (see photo gallery for pdf format)(no of copies to be submit for each dependants separately) Dependant family photographs (in my case i hold 5 dependent including my parents) 100 Rs sum will be charged for each dependants i card issued or required as per no. of dependants. (500Rs for 5 dependants for first time issue) 3 photo graphs of each member separately (preferably 2 passport size +1stamp size) is suitable. Your original discharge book (in which delhi address must be mentioned and name of each dependants must be included). One photo copy of discharge book (preferable if in ONE A4 PAGE BOTH SIDE) One Photo copy and original Aadhar card must be carried by individual for all dependents document verification. One glue stick One black /blue pen marker One blue ball pen HAND TO HAND YOU CAN GET IN ANY WORKING HOUR OR DAYS. ONLY ONE THING NEVER FORGET TO FOLLOW COME WITH ALL REQD DOCUMETS as mentioned above between 1000Hrs - 1300 Hrs( public dealings time is strictly adhered here to accomplish the works and needs. Better reach before st hours. No hurry no worry no queue. It is there to fulfill all requirements like issue of NOC, CSD CARD, I CARD, LOSS OF DOCUMENTS LIKE PPO , ESM CARD, TRANSFER OR SHIFTING ETC. FOR ANY OTHER QUERRY JUST REACH KASHMERE GATE . THANK YOU. AT LAST AGAIN FOLLOW TIMING OTHERWISE YOU WILL KEEP BEGGING OF YOUR REQUEST AND DISTANCE YOU YRAVEL WHICH IS REGULAR PROBLEM OF ALL VISITORS.

Excellent public dealing however please ensure reaching the location by noon as public dealing timings are upto 1 pm only.

Staff comes late and leave before closing time of office.One guy with beard (salt and pepper) age 50+ always refuse or ask to come later.When I complained to his senior staff they also supported him.
