β β β β β I have my office at Uniza which is one of Rajyashβs projects. It is a good location, near my house and other popular landmarks across SG highway. The Starbucks on the ground floor is a bonus :)

β β β β β I am owner of office in Rajyash Rise but after several meetings there is no solution of maintenance and other issues. Also there is no committee to look after problems. Builder himself created dummy committee and not ready to givev power to member who own offices in complex.

1. Water leakage in every bathroom. Due to this wall , Color damaged.
2. Floor tiles broken in year
3. Two times electric plug and switches damaged
4. Society common electric room fired due to low quality wiring
5. No after sales service.
6. Their executive don't pick up calls after many followup after complaint. specially Mehul.
