Raksha TPA is the worst Health Insurance you will ever experience. They will take premium on time and at the time of providing support they are the worst. They even take 2 days to issue the discharge because of which patient has to suffer

Cocoon hospital is listed in the network hospital of Raksha TPA but when I visited the hospital they said no it is not. I called to TPA and they confirmed cocoon is listed but we cannot do anything if they are not allowing. The service and response of Raksha is really pathetic.

Staff is very cooperative and provides outstanding service. Crcm department responds very quickly to the concerned issue. Claims TAT is well maintained and cashless facilities are given during holidays as well.

Terrible experience with Raksha insurance, - They don't have good/educated/well informed customer service folks - You have to manually visit them multiple times for a simple claim - Terrible list of network hospitals - They keep all original documents and they Don't return them

Got my father surgery done from ehcc jaipur and even after having cashless policy tpa deducted 42000 in bill.worst services. Pathetic and worst are small word for such company and employees

Raksha tpa office in city corporate building 3rd floor. Services are not good. Claim sattalment takes time. Costomer care number always busy. Website always broken. You can chat live or submit a grievenance.
