★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited pediatric Dr. Sebin Mathew for my son recently who was suffering with fever & weakness and had travel history. I was in impression of Covid but Dr. told me not to worry and I can confirm 99.99% that its not covid. He asked to wait 48 hrs with pateince and really his diagnostic was true. He didnt recommend any unnecessary tests or medicines. Dr is very genuine, cooperative, Soft spoken and excellent. I consulted him first time and highly recommend him to all.
Consultation is appointment based over phone so thanks to front desk for not having long queue. I highly recommend this Hospital to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost a year I went to this clinic , they weren't good to diagnose my problem at all. Waste of money and time. Please go to a well known hospital like Apollo or St John's. Physiotherapy is just a money making center.

All other consulting doctors are also very experienced and reliable. This hospital is quite renowned in the locality. I will give 5 stars for the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling Raksha clinic, explained and requested the receiptionist to put me through to Dr Harish as it was an emergency, the kid required an emergency surgery due to fracture. However, she kept telling Dr is busy in consultation, we cannot and we will arrange for a call back. However, it never happened. They need to know how to deal an emergency situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited doctor Soumyajit Chatterjee today with my mother. She had a lump on her feet. The doctor suggested her to get the sugar test done, my mother questioned him if that was required, and he replied loudly. I was sitting outside the consultation room, hearing his loud voice, had to enter the room. I told him that this is not the way you speak with a patient, there might be several fears that a patient has and I don’t thing repeating the same thing is a very tedious job. I tried giving the feedback of the doctor to the lady sitting at the reception, but she wasn’t receptive instead she was defensive, that this is the first time someone has a complaint regarding the doctor in the past 10 years. I don’t know how does that matter, but anyhow would not recommend the doctor and the clinic, because compassion and empathy doesn’t exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Harish is very professional and very polite and friendly. He makes his patients very comfortable and listens to them attentively. We have been visiting him for our Ortho problems from almost 10 years. I am totally satisfied with his treatment. The physiotherapy unit is good.
The premise is well maintained the receptionist and other staff are well behaved. Overall a nice experience at Raksha Hospital.
