★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay in laxmi nagar. If you are searching PG in Laxmi Nagar with food then your destination. Rooms are good and spacious which are cleaned on alternate days. You can use any type of public transport as it is located near Laxmi Nagar Metro Station it will take just 2 minutes walking distance to reach their.
All the facilities are available which are required for staying their like furnished room, WiFi, geyser, RO water, washing machine etc.
You will love staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This PG in Laxmi Nagar is an awesome place to stay for students as well as for working professionals
1.Good rooms for studying. They provide separate study tables & chairs with lamps so that other roommate doesn’t get disturbed.
2.In mess, you will get 3-time meal i.e breakfast, lunch & dinner. You can also get your lunch packed for your office. They provide unlimited food to eat and you do not have to pay extra charges for extra roti. For lunch & dinner, you will get roti, rice, Sabji, dal & salad. For breakfast, you will get parathas and Sabji or macroni or poha. Mess is on the roof and properly cleaned twice a day. Fresh vegetables are brought and bought regularly and other ration items are of good quality. Owners themselves take the food and check the quality of food so that food provided are of home quality and not so spicy even. Good taste comes while taking the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this PG seeing the google map ratings which was 4.9 .And also have contacted with PG owner son Akshit gupta before coming here. I stayed there for 14 days in Dec-Jan .I paid 3800 for 3 bed room on ground floor and 200 for police verification charges, the very first day i went there. With respect to water ,washroom ,wifi ,bed ,room rent i had no issues. However
I had following issues while staying on ground floor .
1. The person who was supposed to act as a warden of the PG(Pathak) was very unprofessional .Very immature person .He had the habit of coming to another persons room directly without knocking ,like his own room and sit on bed randomly . Playing loud songs at night on speaker .Unnecessary shouting. I have intimated him many times but all in vain. I did not engage with him much as i was for a few days only,otherwise that person behaviour was enough to complain on the first day.
2. Since that pathak was unprofessional ,ground floor security was a concern for me as anybody can walk inside the groundfloor from outside.
3.The ground floor was too noisy ,not suitable for students to stay.
4. And last thing, i was asked for 200 police verification charges which and paid on the first day to the owner but there was no as such verification done till 14 days of my stay .I even asked the owner for my police verification documents which he did not reply and neither i was refunded. I did not involve much onto this as i was for only 14 days there. But this is also not a proper way .
