★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boht ghatiya service. Even though it's main branch still They sell RAM coolers at higher price than any other good shop. Also that cooler doesn't worth the price vs quality. Purchase local cooler or symphony Bajaj other brand cooler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We pay the premium price of Ram coolers for quality and service . Unfortunately the service part is going down. Their Employee , a lady on phone is not scheduling our service from past one week and asking me to visit the office ! This is ridiculous . Why should i visit office when simple things can happen on phone.
Why should ram coolers charge such a premium?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff extremely rude to customer, zero customer respect if you face any issue with cooler. They don't care if customer is unhappy and you will definitely feel helpless in getting a replacement for non functional coolers delivered. they have no way to track your cooler once out of delivery, though is has been out of delivery for 2 days. ON THE GOLDEN PATH TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS. Surely the other two coolers i have to buy will not be from Ram coolers, and they don't care for this that's why they will fade out.
(Response to Owner Reply): Does rude and disrespectful behaviour to customer justified when customer is enquiring about the replacement delivery of cooler which was not made since 3 days when everyday he was informed it would be done that day and no other reason provided.

Bought a cooler on Tuesday to send it to Karnataka but still not dispatched from Nagpur even after confirming that it will be dispatched on the same day or next day.. unacceptable when informed this needs to send in an emergency and made the full payment. No communication from office for the delay.. would have given negative ratings if available..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had brought cooler from this place approx four year back. The cost of cooler is approx 10k. but we are not that much satisfied with quality and performance of cooler. Most of the body part of cooler was defected in just two season. I suggest symphony is better than this
