★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New cooler purchased last year March 2021, leakage in tank problem not fixed. Few times their person came to fix it by applying some solution, kind of leak proof inside tank. Still same problem, leakage is there. This is the experience with brand new cooler bought at 17000/-.

Boht ghatiya service. Even though it's main branch still They sell RAM coolers at higher price than any other good shop. Also that cooler doesn't worth the price vs quality. Purchase local cooler or symphony Bajaj other brand cooler.

The sales person (owner) is too warm and friendly, he helps us with all the required information and suggests the best piece of cooler to choose as per our room structure and ventilation.
I have 1 which I bought last year and it makes the room so chill that its equal to an AC
