★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever. Do not deal with these guys. I purchased 3 chairs and 1 boss table. Next day table have issue and i called regularly to the guy but he making every day preposterous talk and told me each day i am sending new table. When i reached to his showroom he quarrel with me and told me i will not change table.
When i asked also bill that he never give me he was quarrel a lot.
I contacted you multiple time and today i was in your office. Either you refund my money or send me what i requested. I bellieve on your working and now feel you are look like a thief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff, they will keep lying to you for month and when you call them out for their lies, they will start misbehaving. You will not get your purchased item even after 100 follow ups and they will never even bother to call you and share updates. Eventually you will give up being frustrated but they will not stop fooling you. This place is a total scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst furniture dealer I have ever deal with . He had taken 15 days to get the delivery of one bed and one dressing table and still the driver was playing game around and we waited from morning till night to get the material deliver at our home. Still the material was not at all delivered. Delivering material to 4km route they had taken more than 12 hours and still they hadn't deliver it.
When dealing they become professional and had taken advance too saying that they will deliver the things in a week time and will show us the design first and then will get it approved but it was nothing of such sort and even the owner Mr. Saurabh Agarwal was making us fool with his false commitments all the time .
So I request you all not to take any material from this dealer as they just fool you by wasting your time and money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service n worst customer satisfaction. If u want to save urself from undue harassment m embarrassment, just ignore this shop...this shop is gud for nothing. Owner's son will never entertain u once the good is sold..I went him complaining abt a reclining chair worth rs.12000 abt a manufacturing defect which I noticed 1 week later. First of all, he was so rude to accept that there is some issue....after much follow up issue was never resolved to my satisfaction...I committed a mistake of trusting ram furniture as I was new to this place...pls never ever buy from this shop else u will waste ur money n time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't pay to him, untill all ordered things does not install at your location. Otherwise he will not send complete item at time. Very poor response. Poor installation. Customer satisfaction zero. I am waiting for my side table for 25 days, still he is saying, it is coming in 1 hour. Bed insatallation quality is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good variety of furniture available. I find only this shop operating at large scale in this area i mean u can get almost everything in furnitures... A vast variety of chairs and dining sets are there. I purchased one of the chair for study purpose and its really very comfortable. Price is quiet high but as compare to other shops it's good, but dont worry they do bargaining upto some extent.
