★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not think I would book with it again. I took Lanka tour recently thro it. I was told that luggage will directly go from Baroda to colombo. They gave me 4 pm flight with layover of about 7 hours. I thought if I get mor layover thn I can go in Bombay and meet my friends. They accomodated that request by booking in Indigo air instead of jet air.but they forgot to warn me that if I use different airline, I will have to take my luggage ou and keep with me wherever I go in Bombay...................What an inconvenience?Shows their lack of professionalism
Secondly they chose one of the worst companies in Lanka (probably so that they can make more mony) There are two Red Apple companies in Lanka, one with good reputation, other ordinary one. Ramkrishna got us the bad one. The bus was with the most uncomfortable seats.We we 10 couples but the seat arrangement in bus was such athat few couples had to split to sit downWe asked for company business car,but the company guide kept it avoidng it several times. Probably, he did not want anybody mor about his company.They dis not want people
