★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an imported leather jacket in Jan 2k18, which was very expensive and was told to be of very good quality. I worn 3-4 times and kept it as season was over.
When winter started in 2018, I took it out for wearing but was surprised to see that top layer was coming out and also some places cracks were developed.
In Jan'19 when we again went to shimla and shown jacket to old uncle and his son, they said that it shouldn't happened and committeed that they will send replacement thru courier as it was not in stock at that time.
But even after many follow ups they did not sent and not picked up phone and replied any remined.
It was very dissappointing for us as we are very old customer and visited them more than 5 times.
You imagine how we were cheated and our money wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have visited this shop twice before. They have good selected products mainly woollen wear, jackets, shawls & strolls. This April they were running 70% off which worked out well for most of the products. Worth visiting when in Shimla.
