★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer service never ever expect from the bus operator today I travelled From pune to dhule they changed my seat without any information and they were escalating even thought it was their mistake poor knowledge about policy the driver and conductor were very roude will never ever choose vineet travel....!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly maintenned bus. Charging points don't work. No WiFi. Unclean upholstry and rude staff. Unwilling to communicate and change words aften. Become iiritated on asking simple questions and become angry. I had had very unpleasant night journey of my life. See the picture of fallen roof I was staring the whole night. Don't book Vineet travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience the ac's weren't even working everyone said to the staff but the never turned it on seat covers were torn and the driver was getting good money by making seats in the cabin and around 15 people were sitting in the cabin there was no space to get in the bus overall my experience was very bad and i wouldn't suggest this bus(vineet) very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sense of customer service. Don't have sense to manage multiple customers at a time. Rude communication while taking phone booking. Incorrect date booking in rush. Phone hanged up in attitude when i realised them their behaviour. Not at all good service.
