not maintained at all.
this is the worsted society i ever seen in my life.
for rainy season water drainage system is not available, hence water is stacked there for months and you have to walk on the same water. even your vehicle have to parked on water.
building construction quality is so bad that water sucked on walls.
I will recommended not to take home in this apartment.
