β β β β β Prices of medicine's are reasonable here other than nearby medical shops and less than MRP. Shop situated at Mahesh Nagar 80 ft main Road. Behaviour of the shop owner is good with the customers. But due to rush on road parking space not available.

β β β β β Very rude behaviour of the person in picture. He is very very rude in talk. Let me take through the conversation:
On 3 May 2022 night, I visited the store for two eyedrops prescribed in RGHS prescription. He took the prescription from me. One was available and one was not available. He gave me one eyedrop and asked to collect one eyedrop next day.
On 4 May 2022 Next day around 9 pm I visited the store and he said: "Supplier Raat ko late aate h so 10 baje ke baad available hogi" (and he said collect tomorrow). Still i said Okay and came to home.
On 5 May 2022 evening around 6:30 pm I went to store to collect that eyedrop. One customers was already having argument with him that time. I kept on asking about that pending eyedrop and he was not answering me. At the end he answered and said "Aapne TID number generate nhi kia". I said "Kiya hua hai and showed him" He said very rudely "Ispe prescription pe upload kyu nhi kia". I was shocked the way he was talking to me being a customer. I said "Kal prescription dia tha tb aapne bola hi nhi bolte to likh deta". Still I was not sure that my medicine is available or not. He was still arguing with me that why i didn't write down the TID number. It was hardly 15 digit number which can take only 15 second max to write down and he was arguing for that 15 seconds time.
At the end he threw that medicine to me which was supposed to be 2 qty but he gave 1 qty only.
Pls don't visit the store for anything. Every customer comes out with a bad experience. Hope this person read and understand how to deal with customer.

β β β β β Never ever make a mistake to visit this medical store. This medical store is selling expired medicines and remove the dates on it. They change the MRP as well. This medical store should be banned and licence should be forfeited.
