★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RAMA properties and builder are the worst experience I faced in my life. They are cheated people for the sake of car parking . They give 6 car parking at where actually only 4 cars can park .
We owned a flat at B 4 2nd floor front side subhash park uttam nagar front side from them with one car parking (hatchback) . At the time of viyana agreement on 30th may 2016 thier owner Mr. Vineet Kumar told us that the car parking is alloted for the front side flats (which is on count of 4 flats) in the presence of our broker KANHA estate Mr. Prateek Bhatia. Then we shifted on 30th oct.2016 itself . Everything is going positive but suddenly two days back we came to know that this person Mr. Vineet cheated us and he gave parking for the 2 owners of back side flats too. When we asked him than he told NO I DINT SAY LIKE THIS that there is car parking for front a side only which is a in number 4 only. JAO jakar CASE KAR LO. Ab toh Maine De Di hai... Mein 6 cars yahan laga kar dikha dunga.... His tone of talking is changed and asked where is recording of our talk and said apne paison Ka baare mein mat bolo. He is the not man of his own words. We don't have any written documents where he wrote the number of parking which is actual 4. There is also two partners as well Mr. Deepak Gupta and Mr. Rajesh Goel too. The other two flat mates of front side are also saying that they told them that there is car parking for the front side only . They just here in this business just to cheat the clients for sake of money.
My only concern is too clear this issue of parking I can't take this anymore . I am writing this here cause if Mr. Vineet , Deepak Gupta and Rajesh Goel , they are genuine people ,they will take this post seriously.
