★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting room is very bad condition. Please book ticket online and don't come to this place. The auto drivers get passengers here and they are charged more prices over here. Maintenance is very poor. Pathetic is the word for this place. A very bad experience . The staff is very impolite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are the biggest fraud bus operators. They don't have any bus permit.
They stop their buses on costly and dirty dhabas.
Dont consider booking online ticket, they wont provide you the seats you have originally booked.
Very bad staff and worst bus service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travel agency, auto rickshaw guys will bring you to this place and they cheat you with false timings and high prices. Staff is unprofessional and irresponsible. They don't value the customers time and money. Not recommended at all. Stay far away from this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. People should avoid this travel agency. Staff behavior is very rude. They don't care for any passengers. Driver is very bad too. Driver stops here and there to pick local passengers and you will never reach on time. I was coming from Dehradun to Delhi and drop time was 7 and they dropped me at 11 pm . Driver was very bad mannered. He abused few passengers too during the journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse person I have ever meet. This agency cheated me. I was not aware of ac bus and non AC bus timing because it was my first time traveling by bus to Jaipur. I booked ac bus ticket and this hare Rama travel agency took to non AC bus. Never ever go with this agency .they are not faithful to new passengers.

They r not even take u upto a booked station.
I booked a ticket upto Jalandhar and they leave 15 persons at Ludhiana in mid of the road from there we all had to hire another bus.
All the cheaters in same company..
