★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is the main concern here. It's only for girls. Also apartment are available where parents can stay. This mansion is actually run by Maheshwari family, i.e. Director of Allen.

1- wifi available
2- personal washrooms and amenities like mini fridge.
3- water cooler in each floor.
4- small rooms, but spacious outdoors.
5- good storage area, well lighted rooms
6-parents will have to pay ₹600 for every night they stay with you. (Atleast they can stay with you)
7- pretty ambience
Cons:
1- not a friendly environment, really toxic
2- warden is a leaf blower. Keeps a good check on your personal life and also who you're talking to outside of the hostel.
3- strictness that helps you nowhere.
4- haven't sanitized the place since forever.
5-food isn't good at all. You may want to skip every meal
6- library is in the basement with no proper ventilation and isn't cleaned regularly.
7- canteen used to be there but since there aren't "enough students" we don't even get that.
8- can't order food after 8pm.
9- parents will have to pay ₹600 for every night they stay with you. (Expensive)
10- staff may or may not be friendly, depends on their mood.
11- this place may heavily bring down your mental health.
12- your records of daily movement will be shown to your parents w/o your or their permission.
Overall recommendation- wouldn't recommend thus place for 15k including 20k of maintenance. This place isn't worth for that much money.
