★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unethical trade practices by staff...including calling up customers offering to get them deals to sell their cars. Servicing and other facilities are average. Car wash is the only thing these guys do well. Switched to other service station on realizing their service standards were slipping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience going there and they don't listen to you, I went there multiple times. They want to replace everything in your car, false claim of parts malfunction. They don't give optimal service rather than they search how to extract money from customer.. pathetic.

They will even charge for those things which you haven't even complain about. In simple words they are cheating with their customers. And the staff is highly unprofessional. I advice you all to don't go there if you love your car and your pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going to visit this service station again. Highly unprofessional staff, Lack of knowledge about the cars & lack of proper communication.
I was facing issues with my car stereo. It stopped working one day and was showing a black screen. I went to them with the problem. First it took them 1 hour to convey to me that it will take time and they couldn’t figure put the problem during that time. They told me that they need to check the wiring to the power source. since I had to leave my car overnight I told them to get it serviced as well. The next day, I Called them to ask about my car and I was surprised to know that they were unable to figure out the problem and I was told the power supply is ok and wiring is ok and the problem is with my stereo unit and it can take 3 months for Hyundai to repair it as they have to send it to Delhi. So they suggested me to get it fixed outside from a third party vendor. Imagine, Hyundai Registered service centre suggesting to get it done outside.
Now, when delivering my car, I checked the bill, I was shocked to see 900 rs labour charge for the stereo with no work done since my problem was still not fixed. Also, They serviced my car and I still found it dirt inside and when asked about it, the guy said that send your car back tomorrow and they will clean it then since today they were done for the day so they sent me my car back with incomplete work. When I spoke to the service advisor (Mr BabuLal) when I dropped my car, I wasn’t told that I will be charged even If my problem isnt solved. Also, The contact person who I spoke to (Mr Mukesh Sharma) did not inform me about the charge while explaining that the problem on the call.
Horrible Horrible customer service. I have 3 hyundai cars and I am not coming going back to them for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for a car wash. There is a automatic car wash, and is a good one. They charge 345 rs for only outside wash. They are quick and good. There is nitrogen inflation available for car tyres. Hundai service st is attached to it
