★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a raincoat work 1850/- ZEEL, after they did not give any garrenty or warrenty of the product.
And the accountant lady was very rude in replying and said we don't give Warrenty or garrenty for any products..
The sales staff is good but the higher management is very arrogant. BAD CUSTOMER service
Also there is zero Social distancing in the shop #Nosocialdistancing #covid #badcustomerservice #arrogantaccountant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought winter jacket from deccan branch nd within 2-3 days jacket having bubbles as well as chain was not working properly. Then I visit the shop for bad quality of product. Actually I lost my bill but the shopkeeper recognize there product.They send me to main branch & the person in main branch not even listening to me, he is like show me bill otherwise nothing will be happen. I asked him what provision you have made in case of lost of bill by customer which is very common. I also suggested good options to him to recover my bill. He is like I don't have time, I will not do anything just go and bring the bill. He was so rude. I am regular customer of this shop nd they are giving really bad service. My money is totally waste. I will definitely not recommend this shop to anyone. After reading this review if you did any provision to recover bill of customer in your system then I will think my review is not wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience of shopping here. Staff is not willing show the more items. Cashier and counter staff is too arrogant and they don't have manners of how to talk with customer. We selected 2 jackets of same pattern and size. Though the price was different, it was mistake of them. So we asked them for minimum price of jacket and literally cashier was fighting with us on this point. They don't have any kind of respect of customer. They don't need the customers.
I would suggest that not to prefer shopping here.
I gave them 1 star rating because minus star rating is not available. Disgusting shop, staff and owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Shop of Ramesh dyeing are of very low quality. I had taken raincoat of 1200 sleeps in two days there have been leakages and I have not been replaced, the customer is not served properly. very bad service

They behaves rudely like they are donating cloaths to customer.
Due to poor service very soon one good option will stand to the competition and will wipe out such a bad sellers from market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old and trustworthy place for rainwair. Lot of variety but staff is illiterate, when i was comparing price online they said i am doing timepass and didnt attend me properly. I shopped a lot after that. They should keep more educated people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramesh dying shop is centrally located in Sadashiv peth. It provides all types of sweaters, jerkins, raincoats, swim wears, caps, bags and so on. They have lots of stock so no worry on that front. The issue is with the staff behaviour towards customer and the rush in the shop. They don't appear to be interested in customers. The rates are also seems to be on higher side. The quality seems okay. Due to the location in center of the city people prefer to shop here.
