★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.....!!!!! bought lenova laptop on 3rd day my touchpad was not working and informed them regarding that but the owner lady is asking for money to repair it.., no proper communications, correct response from them I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS SHOP OR PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE......

I visited Ramesh Electronics last Tuesday (12.05.2020) and interacted with Mr. Rajesh, who is a soft spoken person and he explained the complete features of the Samsung LED TV model 4310. He was well mannered and was clear in his explanations technically and commercially. I purchased the TV from them and as committed by him, the TV was delivered and installed the same day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly NOT recommend this. I had a terrible experience. While booking the TV they committed the delivery by next day but not. No proper response to calls, when I went there in person no one available to attend the customer. When I called the lady who promised me the delivery, she stated shouting on me. Actually I’m supposed to do that. She doesn’t even have curtesy to speak. Unprofessional rude behaviour, their final answer was take the delivery when we are giving otherwise cancel your order. I had no choice and cancelled . Then went to similar vendor where got a good response and respect.
Think twice before going here..... I can give negative rating.....
