★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mini zoo is a beautiful place to hang out with family/friends/couples. The zoo is well maintained and has years old tall trees and greenary everywhere. The exotic animals are: Leopard (Cheetah Bagh), Black Bear, Nile Crocodile, The Vultures, Emu, Jackals, Deers and many more. There is drinking water facility inside. And long trails to walk around and gain knowledge about the animals kept there. Photography is allowed without any extra fees. On weekends, tickets are 10 Rs. each adult. On weekdays, tickets are 15 Rs. each adult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natural environment of the place is mesmerizing. The place is very near from Golapbag more. You can see leopard, crocodile, deer, peacock, bear etc. If you want to spent some time with natural beauty then it would be the best choice. Very nice place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are visiting Barddhaman city for a small trip during winter then I would recommend this place. The environment is nice and calm and close to nature. One should not compare it with Alipore zoo where you can see large species of wild animals but it the calmness of the place and greenery that will catch your eyes and soothes your mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoological park is a place where various living animals are kept within enclosures, displayed to public and may be used for study. But the enclosure for birds are not proper (according to my opinion) as they need more place specially the large and high flight birds like vultures , eagles etc. Otherwise the place is nice and best for the children for gaining knowledge about the animals and birds.
