This is an orphanage for girls, which currently houses 40 girls aged 5 to 16 years. The girls attend school and get clothes, medical care and whatever else they need from the orphanage. The food is nutritious, the milk comes from the own cowshed.
In addition to school lessons, afternoon coaching and music lessons (instruments and vocals) are offered.
The girls stay in the house until they are 16 and at this time they also graduate from school. Some girls attend a nurse course, one studies. All of this is funded by the orphanage.
After leaving school, most girls find relatives.
The orphanage is run brilliantly by a team of very generous and proficient people from Ramnagar (West Bengal), they are financed by donations from organizations or private individuals all over the world. However the money is pretty tight.
