★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service provided by them, first they give default product than they will not refund full amount they will charge 1500 rs. On the name of replacement. In 3 days motor pressure low then site engineer say defective pump. Need to replace. Totally waste of money better to take local quality pump. I will never suggest to purchase crompton product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service, have been a regular user of crompton motors, have bought over 8 motors yet. First time have to get to contact service station for warranty for home water 1 hp pump. They said it is onsite warranty for 2 yrs at the time of purchase. I registered the compalint and person visited and confirmed pump is broken and need to be deivered to service station. I told him to take it, he refused you have to take ot there. Which is over 15 kms feom my place in delhi, anumyhow i got there, there they refused to take it said it has 1 yr warranty and when i forced them that its 2 yrmrs they asked me to wait for 2 hours to get it confimred with company. Later they confirmed yes its covred .. later they said water went inside the motor seal and you need to pay for the parts gave me an estimate of 3800₹ , when new motor is for 5000₹ ..
They were very rude and pathetic service.
Would recommne to buy local cheap motor with good after sales.
Total waste of money wont recommend to any
