★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look for a flat. Incomplete society with horrible connectivity to the city. Edge has an incomplete clubhouse. The pace of the construction work (rather the lack of it) is such that the club will take at least 10 yrs to be functional.
50 % of the buildings are incomplete and rest are running at 50 to 60 % occupancy.
Building quality is poor. I could find seepage in the flats.
Connectivity to market , city is horrendous. Travel through the stretch is not at all recommended for women even in private vehicles alone in the evening.
There is no market place nearby. Dwarka expresswsy is under construction. Even if complete i dont think there is going to be much markets coming up as its more of a highway.
As far as prices are concerned everybody in gurgaon starts with 70lakh for 3 bhk (edge) coz ppl. Often but in my view the ramprastha city edge shall be at most 45 lakh.
If u have money to waste, waste it on it . Oherwise save more and spend at better projects within city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently shifted to this place and this society has numerous problems first electricity never comes all the time it runs on DG and if someone invests a lakhs of amount and will not be able to run two geysers/ACs or electrical appliances then it makes no sense. In all washrooms one or the other day yellow water comes in WC and maintenance team says it is STP water you will have to clean WCs in every 3 days. Dirty water issue exists in all the towers.Also, huge seepage and water leakage in basement and flats. If you are investing good amount then check other options because lot of basic necessities are missing. No swimming pool and community centre is still not constructed. Also the maintenance team is quite rude because of localites. And don’t do any deal with Mr. Mahaveer he will always talk about better things but will not tell you about basic issues which this society is having. Outside society water logging issue is there and nobody accountable to fix it. Moreover, huge network problem in this society tried- Airtel, Jio & Vodafone idea but nothing worked out. Electrical wiring is open.
