★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its just a normal complex. With I guess 3-4 Xerox centres. There are number of businesses located here. Some of them come and go. I've been living here since childhood so I've seen different types of local businesses opening and closing here. For a while there was some kind of singing and a dancing academy. But now I think it is closed. I think last year a Marshmallow cafe started here but couldn't last long due to the pandemic. There are some chinese and some breakfast and tea stalls nearby which are handy if you are a morning person. Chinese food stalls usually open in the evening. There's even a salon in the complex. I never went above the first floor so can't tell much about upper side. The complex comprises of two buildings between which there is a road which leads to Rana Nagar (named after the complex or vice versa, I don't know).
