★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. We had bought a clothing which was found to be defective. Upon approaching the shop for replacement, the behaviour of salesperson & the manager was extremely rude & uncivilized. Their argument being it is mentioned in the bill regarding precautions to be maintained. We are considering legal options to approach the consumer forum against the said store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop ever i had purchase dress of cost 5575 so much expensive dress but they don't have proper person to alter it and while alteration time they misplace the dupatta of that particular dress and provide me dress without dupatta. After asking for dupatta they blame me that u only give dress without dupatta to alter. After lots of argument they give me that dupatta. Big shop they have but service is zero.
