★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed & aggrieved owner of a 3BHK property for past one year. The builder surely promised a moon, perfect layout, great clubhouse facilities etc but has failed miserably on all fronts. Poor civil work(all walls in my apartment have cracks which the builder hasn't been able to fix), the inhouse agency of the builder responsible for maintance(HFM) is pathetic & inefficient in responding to complaints of the residents, the builder hasnt yet finished the project in all respects(been almost 2 years over the promised handover), the builder isn't even ready to handover the project to the Residents Welfare Association, High maintenance charge to be paid every month for maintenance is being arbitrarily fixed by the builder with no say of the residents(not letting an outside agency to even scrutinize the account books).
