★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all recommended. I had the most pathetic experience. They don’t deliver products. Not at all reliable. Plus they don’t refund for undelivered products too. Went through extreme mental trauma during and after my wedding due to these people. Please don’t waste your money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrustworthy and Unprofessional. Owner Rajat Druv Pandey I am very dissappointed. You delivered dirty gown full of stains and 6 months late then promised. Sales guy Sonu and you didn't respond to my messages or calls. When I complained you blocked my number. You guys still owe me refund for a saree deposit which I paid and never received. Will never recommend Rangrez in Chandni Chowk to anyone... There are better quality and better price shops nearby. Don't trust them. They make fake promises and do not deliver.
I regret trusting them.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 lehengas from their shop, worst decision ever made. It's been more than 2 months since i have ordered, yet there is no update on the status.They don't answer the calls , out of 3 lehengas they have customized 2 according to their own taste. Didn't even ask for a color change, yet they changed the colors according to their own will . Don't ever buy from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ having dupatta issue like all other,,,,,,, first promise then clearly denied,,,,, as a jagrook customer u should make seller mention every detail on bill never trust on their saying,,,, Or they will make you fool.
First thing you already charged 1000 rs extra for that initially and secondly Duppata cost merely 500 rs outside which may cost you more cheaper..... So that much Money might be a issue for you not for person who is already spending 26000 on lehanga..... It's about convience of customer and you failed to provide it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst experience never go to this shop because they promise you something and does the exact opposite the sales guy told us and wrote it even on the bill that we'll provide you mask and belt along with lehenga the bill is still with me and its clearly mentioned on it and I've a call recording for the same the guy on the other side said yes don't worry we'll do that . I came from so far and trusted and bought from these guys and even after giving a hefty price for lehenga which any way came damaged as I've added pictures for the same below and also paid shipping charges they did not deliver lehenga lastly I had to go and collect it from the warehouse and delivery is pathetic they told me that my order will be delivered in 1st week of October and I got it on 23rd October and that too I had to collect it. In the bill you can clearly see on top of the left hand side corner it's mentioned mask and belt is Hindi took Full price and delivery half product and that too damaged. And when you say that your sales man Sonu promised something else and now you guys are denying then they'll say he has already left the shop and I asked for different latkan and reminded them atleast 4-5 times and have a call recording of that too but at the end they gave me a cheap quality latkan which you can see in the pictures how was the stitching it's clearly visible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. We had paid for two dupattas to go with the lehenga, but he gave us only one. After we complained, he fled the shop, and is now not responding to our calls. They even denied delivering the lehenga at the last moment. Very unpofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the lehenga is very beautiful but as I ordered the customized version of this lehenga they made so many promises to deliver it but when i tried the lehenga, it was 2 Kali less which made it look like a bodycon skirt. Also, they didn't show us the blouse saying it was in their godown....when they refused even in 2nd 3rd visit, I insisted to see the blouse piece. They showed me some plain fabric in same colour saying this is how blouses should be and that nowadays nobody wears heavy blouses. They charged 3000 extra for giving me the blouse piece with same work as the lehenga. Then, they gave me the sample piece which was old and and it still has black stains of dirt on the threads. They say it will fade the colour of the thread if we clean it. So here I am, going to be a bride, wearing this old, dirt stained lehenga on my wedding day after spending rs. 45000. So yeah, just be a bit careful, these people only promise and they don't deliver.
