★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place today. Ambience was quite pleasing. And the staff was polite and well behaved only downside was many things were there on the menu but it wasn't available in the kitchen. Rest laal maas and afghani chicken was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at Rangreza was not a good one. We ordered the pasta mint salad and butter chicken with some naans. The food took 45 minutes to be served, with the salad being served last (although it was listen as a starter), around 10 minutes after everything else. Although we were dissapointed by the long wait time, we were there pretty early, around 18:30, so it could have been that the tandoor was not ready yet and so the preparation took some time.
However, what was not acceptable at all, was that after waiting 45 minutes for the food to be served, the chicken pieces in the butter chicken (not boneless) were totally raw! Although the manager did offer us a replacement for free, and the butter chicken was not billed, our appetite had left us at that point. We would not return here, even though the ambience was nice, and the setting and decoration artfully done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Staff is very unprofessional 2. They denied any booking from Zomato even when all table were available. 3. Based on their rude behaviour I decided to give service charge apart from gst but they rudely said its mandatory despite its clearly written on the bill that service charge are optional 4. I went their because Zomato pro was applicable but they did not accepted the Zomato pro payment saying when you book from Zomato then only you can pay. When asked with customers support they said their you can pay pro payment irrespective of source of booking. 5. Food was also below average.
