★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Litti, along with chokha, is a complete meal originated from the Indian state of Bihar Jharkhand and parts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. It is a dough ball made up of whole wheat flour and stuffed with gram flour, pulses and mixed with herbs and spices and then baked over coal or wood then it is tossed/dipped with ghee. Ranigunj Litti Chokha is one best roadside joint offering this sumptuous delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These littlies are very very tasty. You will get tasty Chokha/ Bharata of Potato and Brinjal and Tomato and some spices. Chokha is very tasty. Then there is one green chatney that is also very tasty with chilli . You will get green half roasted Chilli for more jhal ?. And then comes Litti, in 20 rupees you will get one litti. Once litti is ready they will breat that litti in two pieces and then they will dip it into in melted ghee. The combination of all is very good. In sweet they have kesari Jalebi that was also nice. Rabdi was also there but I haven't tasted that. Just before this there's one small tea shop and you can have Kesari chai there in kulhad. That chai is also too good.
