★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government office... Went to log a complain.. Met one guy... He sent me to another guy.. Then that another guy sent me to another guy.. Then this another guy sent me back to first guy.. When i raised my voice.. All three started fighting with each other, blaming each other... After all this mess.. They sent me to another office and told me to meet a lady... This lady said that there is another lady.. Met second lady and she told me to get photo of my meter.. to Which, i said that it's your job to take snap and check.. After arguing for like 10 min...i certainly realised that i am a fool... And these gutka chewing poor man and woman, are well trained in not doing anything..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Electricity is gone last 12 hrs from morning at sector 14. No alert of shut down was given in SMS or other means. No one answers emergency contact numbers as its full time busy. How is someone in case of emergency will contact as no contact number of koparkhairne branch is given anywhere? Not even in the bill? Such service at navi Mumbai is a shame. Full day electricity is shut, sick and old people how will they stay?? Housework nothing to be done? Above all food in fridge is fully spoilt...
