★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently sitting in the showroom for the past 20 mins wanting a test ride for the expulse 200 v4, I was told to come tomorrow due to non availability of the test bike, which I'm OK with. Beyond this the staff is not showing any interest nor is bothered to engage in giving details regarding the bike. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at Ranjeet motors Thane. Last time around I went and bought a Suzuki product, I think this time also I will have to buy another product. Pathetic, ignorant, lethargic sales staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Bad Experience , The staff is treating like we are asking free bike from them. Not having proper manner how to deal with customers, they are behaving like they are having lot of work , and the customers don't have any work.
From my side it's really 0 star.
And highly price.

Pratik the lad who worked on my bike is knowledgeable and pleasant ...in a rather unpleasant setup full of targets .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entry is not from the front it's from the side. Parking is and issue. Rest the showroom is good. Hero motorcycle has good varieties of bikes and you can trust the brand. There are so many popular motorcycles you can see. People are supportive. You can visit the place check the bike which you want. I can't assure that you'll get the test ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Xpulse 4v in May 22. It took almost 2 weeks for the delivery. The buying experience is normal, as Hero doesn't need to try hard to sell Xpulse, the product speaks for it self. Don't expect heart warming treatment from Hero. Sajid is a honest guy who helped me through entire process, he is helpfull although was not knowing much about the product he was selling i.e. was not knowing Xpulse is also offered rally kit :). There RTO network is weak & hence they take time to deliver the vehicle i believe as compared to Honda etc. Do not expect any discounts at all / No accessories!
