I have been purchasing gold from this shop for almost 15 years and always recommend my friends and relatives to purchase from ranka raviwar peth shop. Last week Sunday, my friend and her mother visited this shop after my recommendation and they had a very bad experience. Rude behaviour, no politeness, no humbleness from the sales person who was on the 1st floor and showing silver to my friends mother, due to which they left the shop without purchasing gold mangalsutra. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ??
