we bought a jewelry from this store couple of years back, we want to exchange an ornament which was I think 3-4 gms and wanted to buy a gold chain by adding more money.
when we sold the gold to him, he said we have to melt it and then only we can say how pure is the gold is, it was hallmarked. we went ahead and they said its 21crt and not 22. when he was preparing the bill for the chain purchased, I asked him to show me the purity of the chain we are buying.
To my surprise, salesman and biller both were too much hesitant to show us the purity in the machine. wow !!! when you buy you check purity but when customer buys he can go to hell if payment is done. Pathetic experience and this was the last purchase from such a lootera store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ October I happened to visit this shop, well established shop, with ample space for parking for four, two wheels parking, I happened to buy a ring for infant child which I got at this shop in my budget,Staff are good and suggest you their opinions well mannered, shop was spick n span people think that jewelry may be costly but you Get at you budget, or plan it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very vry bad experience. Do not buy anything from this shop. They are not at al cooperative , the billing staff is very rude and shows lot f attitude for no reason .. Dont know how to deal with costumers no politeness and very pathetic behavior.. We purchsed necklace set around 2 lakhs some years back. I asked them just a bill copy of it .. But they did not cooperate in a good manner ..we need to shut down our system and all excuses they given me .. Also the billing counter person Ratnaparkhi not polite no respect for ladies Also he gave me wrong number of head office, as I wantd to know the genuine reason why its taking so much of time Although I was sent them all the deails dont know which roket science systeme they have ??? which took 5 days time for a bill copy. Very poor service.
