★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one from Ranka Jewellers staff even manager has concerns that his own sale person and few customer not wareing face masks. Even after giving feedback to manager, they were like ok. After our strong request they ask customer to put mask. Request to Ranka Jewellers not to play with someone health in corona time, even with our own employees. Customer please be aware about this in any shop once you enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stock is very limited but quality of gold and silver is good. Design's are good. Specially small gold items are good. Staff is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister bought diamond ring a year back but within 4-5 months 4 diamonds fell off that ring and she gave her ring to fix those 4 diamonds in October. They told her that it will be done in 15 days but its been almost 2 months and still no update. Worst product quality and worst service.

I purchased gold one unit with 99.99% purity which was of Suisse mark and another one unit i purchased was branded by Ranka Jwellers which was 99.50 purity %.......so i asked him to change it to 99.99% purity with me paying the difference amount .........he flatly refused it in a very rude manner. Not at all happy & surprising owner's talking in such a way which exhibits over confidence & taking the customer power for granted. I suggest this person that Better change the behaviour before customers change thier preferences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to know about this outlet since I was aware of only the one on Karve road for several decades. It was closed when I visited but I came back in the evening and saw its insignia from far off. The entry to the parking is leveled with the main Baner road. Parking is available inside the premises.
