He tells to do the various tests first and then tells the cost of treatment which is very expensive.
He doesn't even tell the name of treatment.
And the doctor doesn't give the bill unless you take the expensive treatment.

He's mis guides to patient. If some patient don't have piles, but he said you have pile and given some unwanted blood test. Go for best another doctor.
