★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to travel to Shirdi from Baroda suddenly and I booked a Sleeper coach via Rapid Travels. I missed my boarding point due to traffic. When I called up the number mentioned on the ticket, the person on the line very politely directed me to the next boarding point and kept the bus waiting for 5 minutes so I could board there.
The bus was very clean and comfortable. The charging point was fully functional and the staff were very courteous in all their replies. The bus reached right on time and the driver and conductor knew the local places and they stopped right in front of my hotel.
I would definitely recommend Rapid Travels over any other Travel Agent in Baroda, Gujarat.

I’ve been going back to them numerous times now (for ticket booking, parcel services & car rental) and end to end it’s always been a hassle free process (no bs). Very well managed employees; who made sure I got what I paid for! Mr. Shravan goes over & beyond to accommodate for their loyal customer base.
