★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. All the open garden spaces that you see in some of the posts here have been converted into parking slots and sold by the promoter.
2. The name literally means 'rare' as the project has rarely any space for following:
- rarely any space in the community hall to hosts a gathering of merely 200 people (the project has 500 resident flats)
- rarely ny space in community hall kitchen to prepare food for 200 people gathering
- rarely any open space left after most of the open spaces have been converted and sold as parking spaces
- rarely any adequate amenities to cater requirement of 500 residing people

Talk to any of the current resident randomly and you will know of all thats not right.
Wrongs can be made right proactively by the builder, provided there is an intent followed by action. But here all pleas are also falling to deaf ears.
Hope to see brighter days ahead.

After taking the flat we are feeling cheated. Promoter is selling the open space in parking and the common amenities is of very cheap quality.
The labours are living with the residents in the project. Security and Maintenance is very poor the water quality is also not good.
Lifts of the towers are breaking down every now and then one should think carefully before investing in any of the projects of Prasad group as the promoter is not at all professional and honest.

Good security, car parking and also have swimming pool. Anyone can contact with Rare Earth. And also have great view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The complex suffers from frequent watee logging even if it rains for 30-40 min. The common space promised by promoter has not been provided. Only 4-5 swings for a complex where more than 500 family would be residing. Regretting the decision to buy a flat here
