★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance of this township is pretty bad. Not a proper construction, bad painting, no water, everyday there will be new problem which will cause your daily lifestyle. No power backup. Situated in remote area of Indore district.
Worth for investment, buying flats here.
Now a days, no water supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ras town is an under development society. Not fully completed yet. However, it's a gated community. Security guards are there. You will get all the services in quite well manner. Like water, electricity, cleaning (area within the society and buildings). Staffs are quite good but sometimes you have to chase for things to be done. But one thing I should mention this society is very well planned in terms of space management. You will get a huge space for walking, jogging, roaming around with friends within the society. Children have enough space for cycling, playing. Parking spaces are enough to park many two and four wheelers. Additionally, every flats are very well ventilated. You will get ample amount of sunlight and air. You will not feel suffocating. Also there are so many neem and other trees. Lots of work are still pending but they are trying to finish it ASAP. Electric meter reading rate is very normal. Previously, they were not taking maintenance fee but recently that's added. People are also quite good. They are not interfering in others life. You can all the daily essential products like medicine, vegetables, grocery, hardware shop, etc within 500-700 meters of the society. Reasonable price. Also online shopping like flipkart, Amazon, Big Basket are available there. Cab facility like Ola Uber are available. Internet service provider (broadband) is also available. In one sentence it's a very good place to live. Only few things can bother you like there is level crossing so sometimes you need to wait for trains to be passed. And outside roads are not upto the mark. But usable. However, according to me it's a good place to live.

1. All staff are irresponsible and from the day 1st of my purchase I am facing issues, no issue has been resolved from 7 Months
2. Maintenance of this township is pretty bad. Not a proper construction, bad painting.
3. For small work you need to make a 100 call, but there is no issue resolution.
the only good thing is like space, good road construction inside the town ship.
But there is not Maintenance, electricity gone very frequently.
