★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with their 10 days NGS course.. don't want to even give this one star... they will provide you pre-recorded sessions of mixed courses and what course content they mention in the syllabus is not fully justifiable as per recordings provided (totally waste course worth 7000). I opted for this course in October 2021 and when I informed them about missing quality of their uploaded videos, they intentionally hold my certificate till Mar 2022 and till now they are neither giving me my certificate nor my course refund.... WORST company... I request all undergraduates or post graduates students to not opt their courses... please fell free to connect if needed any suggestions
How can I have meeting with you in March 2021, when on the other side I got to know about your company in Sept, 2021... be careful of what you claim and commit....(I also have recording of your trainer saying "ABCD aaj pado ya saalo pehle vo same hi rhegi", when I asked her that I am registered for this course in 2021, but the videos given to me were of 2020.... HOW UNSKILLED of your application scientist to justify such versatile NGS technique with ABCD that it does not change over a period of time...
You misled me by initially promising me to provide video recordings (where your sales executive didn't mention that later it will be standard recordings).... and those given recordings are also incomplete, I kept asking you for solution (been over 3 months) and as a consequence you intentionally hold my certificate...

This course is good especially for beginners who would like to gain basic knowledge about bioinformatics tools and techniques. The trainer Shruti Ma'am has been a wonderful guide and made concepts easy to understand. Thank you RASA.

When I took the course, they promised me to publish a research article, review, and support my work, but they are not done for me. Whenever I called Sameer Sir, he said that all issues would be resolved within a week, but so far he hasn't responded. I attended all the classes. I have payed 50000 I thought
they will help me to get a good job but they are working only for money. I informed Sameer sir I had a loan for course but he does not consider students situation.
