★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my native place. I have seen helicaptors landing and taking up on this place. You will be surprised to see how huge this place is. In the very same time you will be upset of its abandoned situation. My grandparents used to say that they have worked there.
Day by day its existance is banishing. Only parts that you will get to see when you visit here is the Road. And that is because it is still in use. By the way still I love this place very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing place located in baripada. Abounded airport I guess. Don't know the exact history. But liked it a lot. Huge area, it's like visiting a original airport ground. Really appreciate the place and amazed by the road is so old but still it's in so good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rasgovindpur Airstrip is the longest Runway in Asia of 3.5km long situated mayurbhanj district. It spreads across area of nearly 600 acres and build in 1940.it has historical importance because it was used during 2nd World war.
