★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builders... Does not keep words... I have been staying since an year...yet they haven't provided the things they said ...like GYM... CKUB HOUSE... Plus there is no progress in building other blocks...since past year.. worst builders...haven't completed Thier this project and have started another project.. beware of these frauds.. I would have given zero star.... They are also not handing over the society neither are building the other blocks..

Due to hurry in taking possession, forgot to check out some check list.
Some of broken tiles, problem in some electric sockets, slider window's locks are terrific, water leakage in kitchen platform and sink, due to this, my grocery is wasted.
Even they don't cleaned corners of all slider windows. Terrible service.
Very disappointed. I'm not blaming builder as he is not here to check each things, management is irresponsible.
They just want to clear their pending flats. This is my mistake that i purchased flat here. Most of residents here are non Gujarati.
Worst part is no body is ready to answer, they both are just blaming each other.
If you are planning to purchase flat here, first clear everything, if possible take in writing. Because once you gave money, These people will not response, even not react to your complaints. Worst decision of my life........ ??????
Cracks in kitchen roof just in a year.
