★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Food is totally not the worth it's being charged. Had ordered Dal makhani and I can tell you it was nowhere near the taste you would expect it to be. Coming on to Tandoori Malai Chaap, it looked like normal chaap with very little cream/malai. Totally spoiled the mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience about the delivery, i ordered food around 9:00 pm and started following up from 9:45 pm to 11:00 pm continuously, they always said your order is reaching in 5 minutes but they didn't deliver it. Then they didn't pick the call after 11:00 pm.
In logo ki dukaan par lock laga kar bhaga dena chahiye...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is located in Windsor street already a well known and most happening place in Indrapuram. A paradise for foodies especially non veg lovers.
Rasoi is a small outlet in front of big brand opened opposite them but still i find more crowd sitting at rasoi and enjoying lip smacking food. Even i tried quite a few dishes here and everything was delicious. Chicken was tender and juicy.
We tried biryani, chicken tandoori, shawarma roll and naan. I can visit this place again n again for their shawarma rolls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant kept the delivery executive waiting for an hour and then cancelled the order without intimation. This is pathetic service from the restaurant as well as the food ordering app. I paid upfront and the order was confirmed. Then what kind of nonsensical and irrational attitude is it to cancel the order without even so much as an apology? For the restaurant it might just be one cancelled order but from my perspective that means that all of us are waiting for the food for 1.5 hours and now it is too late to cook the food ourselves. But we have no option. Poor experience. I have dined at this place and have also got the food delivered multiple times but will not be returning again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please order responsibly!! please order only if you have guts to face your guests with no food even after 4-5 hours of ordering!! I have got late deliveries very often and when i made a complaint that i get the orders after almost 2 hours, the delivery guy all of a sudden stopped locating my address and after 4 hours of ordering, on my calling them to know the update i am told that aapne pata nahi konsa ajeeb sa address de diya hai ladka dhundhta raha kaafi der tak use mila nahi to wo wapas aa gaya. order from this place during your breakfast time to get the order by lunch and during your lunch hours to get your order by dinner time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food i’ve ever had. Complete throwaway package. Couldn’t even consume half of it. Pathetic service.
The reception guy’s behaviour is even worse. No customer service.
Would recommend NOT to consume food from this place.
Later to my inspection, i noticed that even the cooking area is completely unhygienic and dirty. These guys are completely irresponsible and restaurants like this can cause serious health issues.
