I had purchased a tap from this shop on after giving me an assurance that it will be replaced if it doesn't fit on my wash basin. When it didn't fit and i went to get it replaced, but the shop owner shouted on me and denied the replacement and even turned my request down for the refund. Just wanted to to let you guys know this so that you are aware of it. At last it's your choice where to buy and where not to.
