But delay in delivery of the activa was faced as had to wait for more than 6hours to get my Activa.
Other services were done timely, but still need to be more alert as looking forward to Proper customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ behaviour of staff is not satisfactory , and they are not fully trained please train them how to be polite.
i went for my activa servicing at ratan honda service center then i was told to buy a battery from Baluganj because battery was not available in stock of battery at servicing center.
i give the new battery to technician of service center then they reacted as we will not work if you say they told me to contact supervisor.
then i go for him he wasn't there then i ask to other staff he said he was busy in meeting.
when supervisor came after 30 mint he wasn't behaving politely and his behaviour towards me was very rude. he totally wasted my 1 hour.
please told them and train them how to deal with costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to all showroom price 1k Extra all bikes and scooter.. and staff very rude behave all are very attitude not replying any question.. nobody serious customer come and out no entry no talking... very bad behave its a horrible service please don't go this showroom...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre...charging for sanitisation for two wheeler unnecessary. In the paid service coupon they find out more problems in vehicle while last service was done October...so it's not ok..
